My name is Gilles Vauvarin, and for several years I have taken part in conferences as an attendee, speaker, and volunteer organizer. I have spent nights designing or correcting presentations thirty minutes before the doors opened, struggled with PowerPoint templates, and wasted valuable time on details that should have taken ten minutes to resolve. Does that sound familiar?

This hands-on experience gave me the idea of creating happyconf.net. I am not a communications agency discovering the events industry, but a web developer and designer with an organizer's perspective who understands the real constraints: tight deadlines, multiple speakers, last-minute changes, sponsors to satisfy, and no room for error on the big day.

What I Do

I design slideshows and tools created specifically for conference and professional event organizers:

• Ready-to-use or custom-made designs, because you do not always have a graphic designer available within your organizing team.
• Tools that help you save time, designed for conferences: a room clock, a remotely controlled countdown timer, and a participant prize draw tool.

The goal is simple: to let you focus on the content and logistics of your event rather than on creating animated visual materials and piecing together practical tools.

Why This Approach?
